Mojro models hierarchy of zones and defined zone boundaries as a hard constraint in the optimization run. Routes are built around city centre time windows, vehicle weight limits, emission zones and permit-only areas. No violations, no exceptions.

Route planners manually avoid restricted zones, producing sub-optimal routes that miss delivery clusters and cost more to run.

Permitted vehicle availability gets checked after routing. If the correct vehicle isn't free, the plan has to be rebuilt.

New zone restrictions require a full manual re-briefing of every affected driver. By then, some are already on the road.

Routes scheduled with non-negotiable time windows.

Entry windows for city centres, loading zones, or restricted areas are scheduled to arrive in those windows, or routed around.

02 Zone-specific load limits

Weight and volume limits are hard capacity constraints.

Within geofenced zones, weight and volume limits are stringently planned for. Non-conforming vehicles are reassigned.

03 Emission and vehicle type restrictions

Only compliant vehicles enter restricted zones.

Low emission zones, electric only zones, and vehicle class restrictions are automatically modeled as vehicle assignment constraints. No exceptions.

04 Permit vehicle matching

Permit type is matched to permit vehicle.

Deliveries requiring permit vehicle access are automatically matched to available permit vehicles in the fleet and are verified before the route is committed and not discovered as a gap at dispatch.

05 Dense urban cluster optimization

High-density zones routed with access point constraints.

Apartment buildings, shopping centres, and industrial parks have pedestrian-zone rules and access point constraints built into routes.

06 Dynamic zone updates

Zone restrictions automatically update and notify drivers.

Changed or new zone restrictions updated in real time. Affected routes are re-optimized and drivers notified by driver app.
